Working directly for the CFO, you assist him on various administrative and HR tasks. You help maintain smooth internal operational processes and make sure all other departments can fully focus on their areas of expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CFO on reporting, liaise with various department leads

  • Handle job postings and communication with applicants

  • Liaise with the company's accounting firm

  • Manage expense reports

  • Handle payslips and payroll

  • Handle various administrative and financial tasks

Requirements

  • Can work under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Very organized and diligent

  • Good planning and time management skills

  • Good with Excel, Ms Office

  • Numbers driven

  • Experience working in HR/Accounting appreciated

  • Native Korean

  • Business English
